  5. Take the big one in bottom, spread a thin layer of gram flour paste. Then layer the next one on top of it.
  6. Repeat untill u have all 4-5 leaves on each other. - Folding the sides roll the leaves together in a tight roll and seal the ends with paste.
  7. Now similarly make 4-5 rolls.
  8. Take a steamer, and steam all the rolls for 15-20 mins or untill toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool down.
  9. Now cut them in 1/2 inch thin slices.
  10. Take a pan, add 2-3 tbsp oil in it and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds to it. Add sliced 2-3 green chillies and 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp sugar and splash of water. Add juice of half a lemon and add all sliced patra.
  11. Mix well untill every piece is coated well with tampering. Serve…!
