  2. Now to make the boondis we need to combine the besan and water in a bowl and mix well till no lumps remain..(the mixture should neither b too thick or too thin)..separate the mixture into 3 parts into 3 different bowls..now add 3 different colours to the different bowls respectively…
  3. Now heat the ghee/ oil in a kadai/ pan and pour 3-4 tblspn of the batter at a time over a large round perforated spoon (boondi jhara) so that the boondi drops in the ghee..(make sure the distance of the spoon must be of 3 to 4 inches from the kadai)..Deep fry ghe boondis over medium flame and remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon and put them in the warm syrup and mix well..
  4. Garnish(of ur choice) and serve the RASABUNDIA hot or cold..
