- Take 1 kg milk and boil it….
- Take another 1 kg milk in another container and reduce till it's 60 %
- Meanwhile cut your pistacio kaju and almond in flakes
- When the first miLk in boiled. cool it and add lemon juice in it for making chena
- Strain it in a muslim cloth and you can use the remaning water as stock
- Leave the chena for being cold
- When it's cooled down
- Mash it nicely for 5 min
- Take a pan and add sugar and water in it to make sugar syrup
- Now your second milk is reduced to 60% now add half off your dry fruits in it with kesar strings and sugar and allow to cook
- Now make balls from your chena and cook it in it sugar syrup for 15 min
- After 15 min…. take out chena balls from sugar syrup and add it to your milk…
- Garnish with pistacio almond and cashew nuts
- Serve
