- Wash your hand say BismiAllah and daroud shareef
- First wash veggies and cut them and soak rice before to prepared it
- While this prepared sugar caramel take a frypan add sugar let them dissolved it on low flame keep in mind(sugar burn na ho)after that add 1cup water and stare it then keep it a side for further use
- After that use same pan for frying carrots and raisin with the help of 1tbls oil…
- Now take a wok add 3 tbls oil and fry onion on low flame (keep in mind dnt over fry it)
- Then after that add some water set it then add salt to taste, black pepper, garam masala powder, sugar caramel, and left over chop's stock and remaining water according to the quantity of rice
- Bring it to boil it #note if you want eat more sugary then you add 1tbls sugar moreππ
- When water will be boiled very well add rice in it and cook it on medium flame until rice will be done 90%
- When water is dissolved add left over chops sprinkle fried carrots and raisin and keep it on dum for 5- 10m
- After 10m turn off your flame and take it out for dish out ππ
