  1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour,semolina,gram flour,salt, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, ajwain and oil and mix all well. Knead a slightly tough dough with water and leave it to rest for 10 mins.
  2. Peel all potatoes, and cut them roughly in pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, then add ginger paste and chopped green chilli and saute for a minute. Then add chopped tomatoes and add saute it for 2 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well. Add curd and mix well again. Add potato pieces and 1 glass water and mix well. Now cover with lid and heat it for 5 minutes. Garnish with kasoori methi.
