Instructions to make Aloo poori:
- Heat the refined and add chopped onion
- When onion changes it's colour add garlic ginger paste
- After two minutes add tomato paste
- Add all other ingredients salt,red chilli powder,garam masala, kitchen king,haldi
- Add water 2cup
- When water starts boiling add potatoes pieces
- Cook on medium flame for 10minutes
- Now seive the flour with salt and oil
- Add water to form dough. The dlugh should not be soft but a little stiff and tyt
- Make dough balls
- Apply oil to dough balls and roll it into cicles
- Heat oil in pan
- When oil is sufficiently hot add one poori at a time
- Turn over when puffed up
- Serve with aloo sabji
