  2. Take one Bowl add besan, rice flour ginger,garlic,chilli paste, Ajwain, garam masala, hing, haldi powder, Tamarind and Jaggery pulp and salt. Mix it make a thick paste using water.
  3. On flat surface. Place a leaf apply little besan mixture and spread it using your fingers to make an even layer.
  4. Apply little batter (gram flour mixture) on another leaf and place it.Fold the leaf around 1/2 ” from both side.
  5. Roll it up tightly, while applying besan mixture with each fold. Keep aside.Steam it for 15 Min. - Cool it and cut it in 1/2 inch slice.
  6. Take non stick tawa add oil,add sesame, mustard seeds and Shallow fry all the patras.
  7. Serve it with green chutney and sauce
