  4. Apply little batter (gram flour mixture) on another leaf and place it.Fold the leaf around 1/2 ” from both side.
  5. Roll it up tightly, while applying besan mixture with each fold. Keep aside.Steam it for 15 Min. - Cool it and cut it in 1/2 inch slice.
  6. Take non stick tawa add oil,add sesame, mustard seeds and Shallow fry all the patras.
  7. Serve it with green chutney and sauce
