  4. Then add fish and add the masala paste with 1 cup of water and in a microwave oven cook for 10mis in microwave mode with temperature 90° c.
  5. Give some standing time gravy will become thick. This can also be done in gas oven too. In a kadai pour 2 cups of water and heat it place a steel stand inside the kadai and arrange the fish with masala paste in a steel bowl or tiffin box and keep it on the stand cover the bowl and the Kadai with a lid.
