Steps to make Urad dal ki poori:
- Firstly wash urad dal with water 3-4 times then soak it in water for 3-4 hours.
- Now drain out the water from soaked dal then keep it in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.
- Now in a big utensil add ground urad dal, wheat flour, suji, oil and all spices then mix them well.
- Now divide the dough into small portions, and roll it with the help of rolling pin to make poori.
- Take a pan and heat oil on medium flame, then slip the poori in hot oil and press it little with a frying spoon. Then turn it to fry from another side till it turns golden brown.
