  1. Clean the arvi leaves. Then soak the moong dal and chola dal for 6 hours and then grind it, keep aside for 2 hours. Then after 2 hours add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, oil, baking soda, turmeric powder and mix it. Then apply it on the leaves and make a roll of them. Then transfer it to a steamer and steam it for half an hour. Check it after half an hour and if it is ready then take it out from the steamer and let it cool down. After it cools down then cut it into pieces.
  2. Now take another pan, add oil and heat it. Then add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, red chilli, bay leaves, and then add the patra mixture and cook it. After it is cooked properly then transfer it to a plate and garnish it with fresh coriander.
  3. Serve it with green chilli chutney and tomato ketchup.
