  2. Now take another pan, add oil and heat it. Then add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, red chilli, bay leaves, and then add the patra mixture and cook it. After it is cooked properly then transfer it to a plate and garnish it with fresh coriander.
  3. Serve it with green chilli chutney and tomato ketchup.
