- Take 2 bowl semolina(rava), take 1 spoon maida,1 pinch of soda
- Salt as per taste,No oil used in dough, only used with water.make the dough like chapati,not proper chapati but little loose from chapati.make small small ball with dough..put it minimum 15 minutes..if you have hurry then make after 15 minutes otherwise make it after 1 hour it’s good.
- Take frying pan full of oil and put in high medium flame. Start rotimaker swich on.after Heat within 10 minutes you can start to make.put small dough ball in the rotimaker.
- Press the dough ball in rotimaker and make the poori thin,1st make some poories upto heat the oil.proper heat the oil and add the poori into heat oil.
- Remember don’t more heat otherwise poori become red and inside didn’t cook properly and it’s not crispy.so now you doslow heat after adding the poori in the oil.
- All poories will puffy. Turn second side..make it crispy.if your r making regular it’s become nice crispy
- We can this crispy poories as a Dahi poori,sev poori,panipuri as a chat. I like chat items too much. I m talking orders of poories so we r eating all chat 2-3 times in the week.. all ladies and kids like chat item.
