Steps to make Sabudana dahi vada:
- Soak the sago pearls in water for 2 hours.Drain the soaked sago keep aside.
- In bowl Peel and mash the potatoes add drained sago crushed pearls, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt,kuttu ka aata mix into a dough with your hand..
- Heat the oil for frying shape them like a vada with a hole in the centre use little oil in your palm while shaping them..
- Deep dry them till golden brown in medium flame.
- In a bowl take the thick beaten curd & add some salt and dip the vadas in the curd.
- Serve sabudana vada sprinkle cumin roasted & red chilli powder.
