- Soak and drain the sabudana and add in a bowl,now add mashed potato,crushed peanuts and add salt,black pepper powder,ginger,chilli,coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix it all well.
- Now make big size vadas and fry it in a hot oil and cook it till golden colour and crispy from both sides at medium flame.
- Our crispy sabudana vadas are ready to serve with green chutney or coconut chutney.
