- In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once it is brown in colour add tomatoes and cook for a minute.
- Add ginger chilli paste, garlic paste and coriander and let it cook for another minutes.
- Now add the patra and cook for a minute and add corn kernels. Cook at slow heat for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Enjoy with roti’s, parathas, naan or puris.
