Instructions to make Bread pakoda:
  1. Rinse potatoes, cut it into cubes pressure cook it for 3 or 4 whistles by adding 2 cup of water
  2. When the pressure of the cooker settles down by it's own, open the lid of the pan, drain the water in it, allow it to cool, remove the skin of each potato and keep ready.
  3. Boil Green peas separately in a small vessel, add salt to taste. Once it is done drain the water in a colander and set aside
  4. Heat a shallow pan by adding oil to it, when it is hot add cumin allow it to splutter, then add sesame saute for few seconds, then add grated ginger, garlic and green chilies, fry until you get a nice aroma in a medium flame.
  5. Add cooked potatoes, green peas turmeric, salt, mash it properly and keep aside. allow the mixture to cool completely
  6. Meanwhile, add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix it to batter similar to dosa batter consistency
  7. Keep all the other ingredients handy. Heat oil in a pan to deep fry aloo pakoras
  8. Stuff a layer of potato mixture, spread it evenly
  9. Dip in the batter, gently so that the batter coats both side evenly, Drop it into hot sile gently
  10. Flip it slowly to cook the other side, fry until it turns to lightly brown and crisp. Once done drain the oil it, put it on a plate spread with kitchen tissue, place it on it, cut it into 2 or 4 triangular pieces.
  11. Serve hot Bread pakora with Tomato sauce.
