- First wash the sabudana and soak it in water for 2 hours. Drain up the water after 2 hours.

- Dry roast the groundnuts until they are brown. As much possible, peel off the skin. Now slightly grind the groundnut. Make sure its coarse and does not become powder.
- Now take a bowl and mix the sabudana, potato mash and groundnut. Add chilli, jeera, salt and coriander leaves. Mix it well
- Make small balls out of the mixture. Using hands, press the balls and flatten them to make shape of vada.
- Heat oil in the pan and deep fry these vadas till they become golden. Make sure flame is medium/low
- Hot sabudanas vadas are ready to be served. Serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
