Instructions to make Bread pakoda:
  1. In a bowl -take besan,azwain, red chilli powder, garammasala powder, hing,salt & kasuri methi.
  2. Add half cup water and mix very well.
  3. Better should not be very thick not too thin.
  4. On a chopping board, slice the bread into triangle or rectangle.
  5. Now hot the oil in a pan.
  6. Coat the bread with the besan, fry the bread pakoda on a medium flame till the are crisp & golden brown.
  7. Drain bread pakoda on a tissue paper.
  8. Serve with tomato sauce.
