- Now add lemon juice.
- Drain out the water from sogo in a stainer& add sogo to it.Mix bhi well
- Add rice flour & mix well.
- Knead it in to a dough & make balls out of it.
- Take one balls on ur palm& flatten it.
- Do same with rest of the balls.
- Heat oil in a karahi.
- Deep fry the tikkies till they become golden in colour.
- Take them out on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
- Serve hot with bread or pav.
