  7. When the stew stock is well done, add the parboiled rice.make sure the water just covers the rice and not much.add water if necessary just to cover rice and cook on low heat.cover pot during this period.
  8. Check rice and check if soft enough.making sure to check underneath the if there is still water to know if it requires a little more or just enough to cook the rice.check for salt and spices
  9. When water is dry and rice is soft enough,turn with a wooden spoon or stick and allow to burn away (literally 😆)
