- Stuffing….take a pan heat oil in it put cumin seeds…ginger garlic and chilli soute well add onion again soute it well add turmeric,cumin powder,cumin powder,red chilli poder &salt mix well…. Stuffing ready
- Batter…. take a bowl add gram flour add turmeric,red chilli powder salt add water make lum free thick batter
- Take a 2 bread slice putt the stuffing and make the sandwhich cut from middle put in to the batter.. On other hand heat the oil and fry it well… serve with kadak chai in rainy season
