- Prepare 1/4 cup yoghurt

- Prepare 0.5 tsp Red chilli powder
- Take 1 tsp cumin powder
- Make ready 6 tbsp Ghee
Beef yakhni pulao is wonderful pulao recipe in which rice cooked in beef stock. On Eid-ul-Adha Pakistani people love to make it with fresh meat and it tastes really good when cooked with fresh meat. You can also make it with lamb/goat meat. I am giving here my mom's recipe of Beef Yakhni Pulao.
Steps to make Beef Yakhni Pulao:
- Put all the whole spices, onion, beef in pressure cooker along with 4 glass of water and after 15 minutes turn off the cooker.
- Separate beef and yakhni Put ghee 6 tbspoon in the pot and slightly warm it then put one medium sized onion thinly sliced and saute until translucent
- Then added ginger garlic paste and zeera and saute then added beef and bhunify then added tomatoes and saute also add cumin powder, green chillies paste,red chilli powder then add few yahkni and cook for a minute
- Then added rice and whole yakhni and cooked in high flame until the water disappear at this and put the lid on and cooked on low heat.
- After few minutes I turned off the flame.dish out and garnish with fried onions yummy pulao ready π
