- Ek malmal ka kapda lein. - Usme darchini, sabat kali mirchen, sonf, laung, sabat dhania, badi Elaichi, sabz Elaichi, jaifal, javitri, badiyan aur tez patte shamil karein aur potli bana lein.
- Ek pressure cooker pot mein beef, namak, 6 glasses pani, sabat masalon ki potli, sabat lehsan chhilke ke sath, adrak ka piece aur sabat piyaz shamil karein. - Flame high karein aur 1 wristle ke baad 15 mins pressure cook karein.
- 15 mins ke baad flame off krden aur pressure release hone ke baad pressure cooker open karein aur yakhni aur beef ko separate karein. - NOTE: Sabat lehsan rakh lein, wo beef ko bhunte time shamil kiya jaega.
- Ek deep pot lein aur oil shamil karein. - Flame ko medium rakhen aur oil garam hone par safed zeera aur shahi zeera shamil karein. - 1 minute bhoon lein phir 3 adad piyaz slices mein shamil karein. Piyaz ko golden brown hone tak fry karein phir thore se piyaz nikal lein aur thora sa pani shamil karein taake piyaz zyada dark na hojaen.
- Beef shamil karein aur adrak lehsan ka paste aur hari mirchon ka paste bhi shamil karein. - Sath hi jo boiled lehsan rakha hua tha uska paste bhi shamil karein aur beef ko bhoon lein. Slice kiye hue tamater, namak aur kutti lal mirch shamil karein.
- Tamater gal jane ke baad 4 glasses yakhni shamil karein. - Pani boil hone ke baad lemon juice shamil karein. - 2 glasses chawal wash kar ke aur 30 mins tak bhigo lene ke baad strain kar ke shamil karein aur isi time pe namak adjust krlen.
- Jab pani dry hone lage aur chawalon mein bubbles ane lagen to uske uper jo brown piyaz rakhe hue the wo daal dein aur 6-7 hari mirchein bhi daal dein aur dhania podina bhi.
- Aluminium foil ya kapde se cover karein aur low flame par 15 mins tak dum dein.
- 15 mins ke baad chawal khol lein aur halke haathon hila lein aur serve karein.
