  7. Get 1 tspn chat masala

  11. Prepare 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  12. Get 1 tspn lemon juice

Instructions to make Chatpati bhindi/okra:
  1. Wash and nicely dry the bhindi/okra.. Remove its head n tail and chopped length wise..
  2. Heat oil in a pan add Cumin seeds and asefetida when cumin seeds crackles add chopped bhindi/okra and green chillies saute it for 2 minutes.. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well.. Cover it n cook it for 5-7 minutes..
  3. When it's done add lemon juice and garam masala mix them.. Switch off the flame and let it cover for 3-4 minutes.. Now add chat masala.. Chatpati bhindi are ready to serve.. Enjoy it with chappatis..
