- Soak sabudana in buttermilk for 2hrs. (I just warm-up buttermilk and added sabudana, keep it for 1n half hr) or till it often.
- Remove access buttermilk and add into microwave safe bowl, add salt as require, and micro for 5min. Stir once in between. Add peanut powder and mix well. Wait to cool down.
- Mix boiled potato, sabudana mixture, salt, ginger chilli paste, coriander, black pepper powder. And make tikkies.
- Heat big tawa and add some drops of oil. Spread well.
- Put tikkies on tawa and cook light golden 1st side. Turn them and add again oil 2-3drops per tikkie. And saute for a min. Turn again and make bit crispy, and again turn me make Brown on both side.
- Serve hot with sweet and sour chutney. With red sweet and spicy chutney.
