  1. Take pressure cooker, add beef, 6 glasses of water, salt, 1 onion whole,garlic cloves, dry coriander 1 tbsp, whole black pepper 1/2 tbsp, green cardimun 2, black cardimun 1, cloves 8, star anise 2, cinomin sticks 2, and sonf 1 tsp.
  2. Now cover the lid and cook for 25 mins after the whistle starts.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add 4 chopped onions and fry till light golden.
  4. Now add all the remaining whole spices and cook for 1 minute.
  5. After that add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 mins till tomatoes become tender.
  6. Now add red chilli powder, salt, yougart and cook for another 5 mins.
  7. Separate the boiled beef from stock and add it into the gravy.
  8. Cook for 5 mins so that all the spices incoperates with beef.
  9. Add beef stock and soaked rice.cover the lid, cook on medium flame till rice become 90 % done and little moisture remains.
  10. Now cover again and cook for 20 mins on very low flame.
  11. Yakhni beef pulao is ready now….serve with kachomer salad r green chutney raita.
