- Now cover the lid and cook for 25 mins after the whistle starts.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add 4 chopped onions and fry till light golden.

- After that add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 mins till tomatoes become tender.
- Now add red chilli powder, salt, yougart and cook for another 5 mins.
- Separate the boiled beef from stock and add it into the gravy.
- Cook for 5 mins so that all the spices incoperates with beef.
- Add beef stock and soaked rice.cover the lid, cook on medium flame till rice become 90 % done and little moisture remains.
- Now cover again and cook for 20 mins on very low flame.
