  6. Now add this peanut powder along with salt, 1tsp of sugar, green chillies and coriander leaves to the sabudana and potato mixture and mix them very well.
  7. Using your palms mould flat, round vadas from the mixture.
  8. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the vadas till they have turned golden brown in colour.
  9. Take them out on a kitchen towel to drain any excess oil.
  10. Serve them with hari chutney and dahi and enjoy πŸ˜‹
