- Soak sabudana in water for 2 hours. Boil potatoes in cooker. Let it cool, remove the peel of potatoes and mash them.
- Mix sabudana, potato, green chilli, cumin and salt well.
- Make balls of it and press them with both palms and deep fry until they turn golden brown.
- For chutney, take roasted ground nuts, remove the upper coat and grind them. Add to it salt, cumin, green chilli, curd and sugar and grind it well, Chutney is ready!! (Add little water if required)
