- Prepare As required Oil, for deep frying

- Rinse the sabudana under cold water and soak it in water overnight
- In a mixing bowl add ginger, jeera, mashed potatoes and peanuts.
- Now add sour curd, green chillies, coriander and curry leaves, black salt and salt. Mix well
- Drain the sabudana and combine with potato mixture. Mix.
- Divide in to equal portions. Roll each one into ball and shape it into a vada
- Heat oil in a Kadai for frying. Deep fry the vadas in oil till nice golden brown.
