  2. Divide sago mixture into equal portions, shape into balls light flatten between your palm to make vadas.
  3. Put the vadas in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Sabudana vada is ready to eat 😋😋….serve hot with a quenelle of green coconut chutney and lemon wedge.
