  1. Boil potatoes, peel and mashed, add chopped onion coriander, mint leaves, hari mirchi, salt, chat masala,haldi, lal mirchi, mango powder and mix well
  2. In a bowl add besan, lal mirchi, haldi, salt,soda, hari mirchi, coriander,amchur,oil, andmix well by using water into running batter.now take a bread and cut all the brown sides of the bread
  3. Now place the bread, add tomato ketchup on one side, add potato mixture, cover with plain bread, and cut into triangular shape.
