Steps to make Bread pakoda:
  1. In a bowl take a boiled potatoes mess it and add salt, chilli ginger paste, coriander and jeera powder,amchur powder, sugar and mix well.
  2. Take a bread slice apply potatoes masala on it and put another slice on it. Likewise repeat for all the spices. Cut into half or triangle.
  3. For pakoda batter add maida and besan in mixing bowl add salt and gradually add water and mix well into flowing consistency better.
  4. Heat oil for frying in frying pan. Add 1 tbspn hot oil in batter and mix it. Now as the oil get hot lower the flame and deep the each bread masala slices in batter and coat it well each side and slowly put it in Hot oil. Fry it from both the side in the mudium flame and as it fries crisp from both side take it out in the bowl.
  5. Serve it with tamerind jeggary chutney and green coriander chutney or catch up.
