- First of all we prepare filling take a bowl add chopped onion add all masalas like red chilli powder, coriander powder some coriander leaves salt ginger chilli paste salt mix it well.
- Now add 20 g grated paneer mix it well our filling is ready.
- Then time to prepare batter take a bowl add red chilli powder some coriander leaves, salt as per taste add 2,3 TSP oil 1 pinch baking soda 1/4 tsp turmeric mix it well.
- Make smooth batter by using some water as required to make smooth batter not more thick nor more thin.
- Our batter and filling is ready now take 2 pieces of bread spread green chutney on 1 bread and spread tomato sauce on another bread now spread potatoes filling on the bread evenly like this.
- Then cover with another bread on it press littly then cut it in two traingles like this
- By this method make all breads then heat the oil dip the bread in basen batter and Deep fry.
- Deep fry up to golden brown colour light colour our pakodas are ready to serve with tomato sauce and chutney
