- In a pot add oil and heat oil… add zeera darchini stick and long and sautรฉ for 1 minute… now add onion and fry until light golden… add g.g paste,all spices, chilli chicken cube and tomatoes.. Mix well and cover it and cook until tomatoes soft..
- Now cook until oil separates.. now add dal and add water, ginger and fresh coriander and cover it… now cook for 7-8 minutes…
- For tarka:In a pan add oil and bay leaf and red pepper corn and fry… Now add this in daal….
- Dhaba style daal is ready..you can serve it with naan roti and rice as well…
