Cooking : In the same oil, add dry red chilli first, then bay leaf and cumin seeds, when seed start to splutter, add slitted green chilli and boiled mocha/banana blossom. - Deep the finely chopped banana blossoms in salted for 30 min.
- After that boiled this,drained out all the water and wash for two or three times.

- Heat oil in a pan add 1 tbsp mustard oil and add prawns and fried well and keep it aside.
- Then add remaining oil in a same pan and add cumin seeds, red chilli whole, bay leaves and some spices and saute till the fragrent.
- Add potato and fried well. Add ginger paste and cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and little bit of water and saute.
- Add tomato and cover and cook it almost 2-3 min.
- Then add sugar and add banana blossoms and mixed it very well.
- Add prawns and mixed. Fried all the items on full flame.
- Cover and cook it 6-7 min. Then add little bit of water and fried it.
- Again cover and cook it 5-6 min.
- Add garam masala powder and ghee and serve hot with boiled rice.
