- Add green chilli to it. Saute it. - Add ground puree to it. Mix and saute it on a medium flame.
- Add red chilli powder to it. Mix well. Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes. - Then add cashew paste to it. Mix well. - Add malai to it. Mix well.
- Add paneer cubes, kasuri methi and garam masala. Mix well. Cook for a minute. - Once the oil leaves the side then switch off the gas.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. (Add honey after switching off the gas and mix well.) - - Yummy 'Paneer Butter Masala' is ready to be served.
