  20. Get 4 tbsp gram flour/ besan

  22. Make ready 3 tbsp hot mustard oil
  23. Make ready 1 tsp kasuri methi
  24. Get 1 tsp chat masala
  25. Get 1 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch
  26. Take 1/2 tsp black salt
  27. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  28. Take 1 Tsp lemon juice
  29. Make ready 2 tsp Coriander leaves
  30. Take As required Food colour (Optional)

  7. Mix the marination well, and now put the momos one by one and coat them well using your hands gently.
  8. Let them rest for 2,3 minutes& then you can use wooden/ iron skewers and directly grill them over the flame. Or you can pan fry these momos on a grilling pan.
  9. Sprinkle some chat masala, Serve hot with salad and dip. :)
