Instructions to make Sabj-e-paneer disc:
  1. Firstly crush the black pepper, cloves, cinnamon and cardmom,after that heat the oil add crushed ingredients and bay leaf add asafoetida and onion paste in it.Cook it on medium flame.
  2. Cook it until oil starts leaving the edges.Now take a bowl.Add curd, coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,kitchen king powder,garam masala,cumin powder and salt.Mix it.Now add onion paste in it.
  3. Cook it for 8 minutes on low flame,after that add tomato puree in it.Mix it.cook it until oil leaves the edges.
  4. Now add milk cream in it and mix it.Now take 2-3 tablespoon gravy in other wok,keep aside.then add water in gravy.After that cut the paneer in ring shape as shown in picture.
  5. Now heat the other part of gravy which was kept aside.Add finely cut paneer and chat masala in it.Saute for some time.Now your paneer masala is ready,after that add paneer rings in onion masala gravy.Cook it for one minute with lid.
  6. Now fill the paneer masala in paneer rings as shown in picture.sprinkle roasted Fenugreek leaves.Now your paneer disc is ready.
