  1. Cut 300 gm paneer into small pieces and add little bit salt to it and keep aside. Add 1 tbsp oil into a pan. Add chopped onion and saute until translucent. Add garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute. Add tomato and chillies. Cook until tomato will soft.
  2. Let it cool.Add cashew and melon seeds to it and make fine paste.Add rest of oil into pan.Add cumin seeds.After 10 seconds add the paste. Cook for 1 minute. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and fenugreek leaves.Add 1 tbsp water and cook for 2 minutes in low flame. Add 100 gm smashed/grated paneer. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add 2 cups water and boil for 2 minutes in high flame. Add paneer pieces and cook for 2 minutes in low flame. Gurnish with fresh cream and smashed paneer.
