  7. Pour all the fried vegetables, mix well and cover the lid.
  8. Cook for 10 minutes or until all the veggies are properly cooked.
  9. Once it’s done, open the lid and add Ghee and stir well.
  10. Remove the pan from the flame and your Shukto is ready to be served now.

I fry all the veggies together if I am making Biye bari style Shukto. Because this particular recipe has more flavouring agents like coconut paste, poppy seed paste, mawa and other.
