- Take cooker add oil then add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green cardamom, add mutton fry well for 10 minutes, add red chilli powder,haldi, onion, tomato, cook mutton well until tender, add kadhai masala and saute well.
- Add curd and cook now add cream and coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilli for garnishing.
