- Deep Fenugreek leaves in big bowl in water and wash them. Remove it from water by squeezing them.chop them finely.
- Take 3/4 cup of peas and crush them roughly in mixer grinder
- Cut onion in large pieces. Cut tomato as well. Grind it adding green chillies, ginger,garlic and cashews. If you are using malai grind it separately or with it. Make a fine paste of it.
- Take all the spices.
- Heat oil in kadhai add bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon in it. Let it crackle
- Add onion's paste in it and saute it for 4-5 minutes.add sugar and salt
- When oil starts releases from the sides add peas paste in it. Saute it 2-3 minutes. Add black pepper and garam masala and mix it.let it cook
- Add 1 cup milk in it then add cumin and coriander powder.When it starts boiling add Fenugreek leaves is it.
- Mix it well if necessary add 1/2 cup milk more. Let it cook For 3-4 minutes then of the flame
- Serve it hot with chapati or naan
