- Take 1 tsp red chilli powder

- Prepare 3-4 tbsp malai/ cream

Instructions to make Aloo methi malai sabji:
- Peel, cut and wash potatoes properly. Chop the potatoes into small pieces.
- Chopped the fenugreek leaves and wash it properly, then slightly press and squeeze to remove water.
- Heat oil into pressure cooker and add garlic paste and saute for a while, then add asfoitida, chopped potatoes and salt as require in potato. Mix well and saute for 2-3min. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute for a while. Now, close the cooker lid and cook for a whistle on medium to low heat.
- Now open after one whistle, after removing the heat/ pressure from it. And add washed fenugreek leaves and add salt as require. Then roast and cook for 4-5min. Then add cream and cook for more 1 min.
- Now transfer into another bowl and serve with roti and buttermilk.
