  5. Take a wok or frying pan and put the oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, drop the flattened dough carefully into the oil.
  6. Let one side get fried well and become a light golden then turn over and fry the other side.fry till the maddur vada turns golden and crisp.
  7. Serve Maddur vada with coconut chutney.
