  1. Clean and soak green gram for 3-4 hours.
  2. After 3-4 hours drain the green gram and grind coarsely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add in coarsely ground gram, whole wheat, oil or ghee, red chilli powder, carom seeds, turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Mix them well with little water if needed and make a dough like a chapati dough.
  5. Leave the dough covered for 20 mins.
  6. After resting time divide the dough to equal parts.
  7. Roll each ball using a rolling pin like chapathi. I make small size roti.
  8. Place the rolled korma roti on the hot tawa, drizzle  some oil as needed and cook the roti from both side.
  9. Keep the roti pressing with a ladle while roasting as it will to make the roti crispy.
  10. Do the same for the rest of the dough.
  11. Enjoy this crispy roti as it is or with some yoghurt.
