  5. Then add fried onion, malai, Fenugreek leaves, sugar mix it well then add 1/4 cup water Cook for 4-5 min in medium flame till water get dry
  6. Then Garnish with coriander leaves and some fried onion
  7. Serve with missi roti,multi naan
  8. It's release more of ghee from gravies it's traditional restaurant recipe of malai pyaz
