  1. First, put Water in a Pot, add the Salt(1tbspn), & 1tbspn of Oil, & place on heat to boil…Add the Spaghetti while the Water's boiling & leave for 10mins…. - Get the Smoked Titus Fish & tear up into pieces….
  2. Next Blend the Fresh Tomatoes, Sombo, Atarodo & Onions to preference
  3. Strain Spaghetti into a Strainer, & put same Pot back on heat to dry off…
  4. Pour the 150ml of Vegetable Oil into the Pot, & fry the Torn Titus Fish, sprinkling 1pair of the Knorr Stork Cube into it….
  5. When the Fish is fried golden brown or crispy, add the Tomato Puree(I prefer the St Rita brand) & fry with the Fish….
  6. Pour on the blended Fresh Veggies mixture & let it cook for 4Mins, add your Stork Cubes, Curry & Thyme
  7. Wash the strained Spaghetti under your Kitchen Water Tap, & pour into the Pot on heat & turn to incorporate….
  8. Let it cook for 15-20mins, or as u prefer & Voila….it's ready to serve….I had to keep it simple, as this was a Weekend of 'using what u have' in Pantry…it's bn that kinda Weekend…but, all good…We shan't go hungry, IJMN….🙏
