- For idli:Mix all the ingredients together and soaked for 4 hours.Then blend it & keep aside for fermented.
- Make a mold with jackfruit leaf and poured the batter and steamed it for 20-25 minutes.
- You can use instant idli mixture also.
- For chicken: At first roasted all dry spices together. Then blended with onion, garlic and Ginger.
- Marinated the chicken with the masala & oil for 30 minutes.
- Then pour it into Baking tray & baked it into 180°c for 20-25 minutes Or pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
